clean room friendly staff central location
The hotel is wonderfully located close to the train station and city center. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated their assistance with local recommendations.
The hallway had a slightly musty smell.

The breakfast had MANY options. I found a wide variety of choices there. Staff were helpful at breakfast. The hotel is very close to the centre.
The room was a bit dated. The bathroom was not modern. Paying extra for parking felt excessive. I wasn't informed about the parking fee before arrival.

the breakfast was really good. the selection of food was excellent. the location was also convenient. i found parking under the hotel adequate, though rates matched other facilities.
i noticed the restaurant service was slow. drinks took a long time to arrive. it felt disorganized, possibly due to staffing issues. also, the room's air conditioning didn't work properly.

The location is convenient. It is close to transportation hubs. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast had plenty of choices.
The car park cost extra (12 euros per night). The fire alarm went off early (at 7:30 in the morning). The food selection was not great for picky eaters.

the room had twin sinks and a powerful shower. lunch in the bar was really tasty!!! the outdoor hot tub was fabulous and the thermal suite was also amazing.
i was put in a disabled room and was expecting a different bathroom.
